Our founders, Jennifer and Matthew Franklin, built their first home together in 1982. Their passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail has contributed to their success and the growth of their company. Today we have a full team of designers, project managers, builders and subcontractors who have built over 100 new homes and completed over 300 remodeling and addition projects.

There’s no better feeling than being able to give back to others and to support our local community. We have been involved with the Minneapolis Police Activities League (PAL) since 1995.
The mission of PAL is to reduce juvenile crime and violence by using police officers and community members as coaches and mentors for inner-city youth. Over the years, we have enjoyed coaching and sponsoring youth football, soccer, hockey and basketball for inner-city youth in Minneapolis.

I have been in the contracting business for over 20 years. When I’m not building something I like to spend my free time with my family or training at the kickboxing gym to stay fit.
Since I was a young adult I have been in construction. Building is my passion, when I’m not at work I enjoy taking my two daughters on camping trips and exploring the outdoors.
Helping others build their dream home is the most rewarding thing about this business. On the weekends I like to spend time on the Mississippi river or visiting my grandchildren.
